For BurnOut 3 transferring gamesaves from one xbox to another xbox, was already difficult beacuse they coded the signature thing mentioned in your post. The trick for us to do was loading BurnOut 3 with a trainer than saving the profile, copying it over to a different xbox and load it with a trainer, than save again and voila it worked if we than started the game without a trainer enabled. I would suggest to start BO3 with a trainer save the game, transfer that gamesave to the 360 and see if it works...

It's always worth a shot

So I just tried a bunch of codes related to my 360 and still nothing in terms of recalculating the save that my 360 made (i.e. I didn't actually put each file on my hard drive and test it in Burnout 3, which I might do later when I have time). These codes were:

Serial Number
Console ID (given)
Console ID (calculated from website I found)
Console ID (from save files)
Device ID (from save files)
Profile ID
DVD Drive Key

Anyone have any ideas on which ones I should first try when actually seeing if they work in Burnout 3? (i.e. which one is the equivalent of the original Xbox's hard drive key?)
