Convert Wave 3 To Wave 2

can anybody help me to convert my wave 3 iso's to wave 2.  I am not sure how this is done.  I think it can be done with abgx, but like I said I don't know, and i can't seem to find out without asking.  I would like wave 3's to be playable on ixtreme 1.4 if it is possible
