What Does This Mean :failed To Find A Verified Ini File For This Xex/s

When i run a check using abgx360 everything passes but at the end it says (on some of the backups i make) Failed to find a verified ini file for this Xex/SS combination, what does this mean?

If stealth passes but verification fails, is it not a proper pass then and that mean it hasn't been done right?

Oh also the iso i creat should have padding (random) right?
