How To Install Via Vt6421a Driver

I brought VIA VT6421A sata  card from ebay and it came with small cd with bunch of drivers in it.
I need help with driver installation for the sata card so my computer can read it. I installed some .exe file thats was inside cd under "VIA" folder but it seems to install software but not the driver for the card.

I have DELL OptiPlex GX280  and I update BIOS firmware from dell's website now can someone please tell me how to properly install Drivers for SATA card.
