ive had my firmware since feb, i play online with my backups all the time and i havent been banned at all is that weird because i see alot of people worrying about it and i do it all the time even tho i know its against the TOS. I refuse to use my real disc after i moved my 360 a little bit while halo 3 was in it and it basically ate my disc. Is it possible i can get banned later on?
