I want to start going on live. ATM My xbox 360 has the Latest(I think) iXtreme non-stealth firmware.

First question, do you think I can go on live with non-stealth version, with the same results as the stealth version of the firmware, as long as I go on live with properly patched games?

In other words, does ixtreme non-stealth version only differ from the stealth version in the fact that the stealth version rejects badly/non patched games?

Secondly how can I check if my games are properly patched or not?
Can I just stick the disk in the PC and run some sort of program, or will I need the original image on my PC?
