I buy games i want to play on Live , other games i backup from friends and I dont play them on Live...
is it possible for microsoft to ban me? even if i use original game?

Yes, no and maybe?
Only microsoft knows the answer on your question.
Your only protection is being extremely careful.
In the past microsoft is assumed to have banned people for faulty backups.
Some of the firmwares even reported bad data for using originals on live.
So the best thing is to backup all of your games on your own so that you can be sure that they are stealth.
Always using the newest firmware increases your level of safety again, all firmwares before 1.4 had the Jitterissue so update to 1.4 if you havent yet.
Using originals on live makes it a bit safer again however the 360 also check the backups and reports it when you play with a silver account so disconnect completely.
It is also possible that the 360 logs data to upload it later however this hasnt been proofed...

I just noticed that you said that you backup games from your friend if I remember well this will get you in some trouble as it is against the rules...

thank you, I have read some other posts so I see that there is no certain answar
however, I like to know how to check my Drive Firmware. I have an Xbox 360 mechine (it has Augost 2007 date on it) and by the shape of the drive I see thats its an Hitachi drive
Is there any way to check my firmware without opening the xbox and using an PCI sata card?, and a way to see the speed my drive's runs at?
