360 Upgraded. All "mod" Info Needed.

so i just bought a premium off ebay it will be here within this week. im coming from the original xbox which ive cherished because of xbmc. since that has been my thing all my knowledge is original. so i wanna know what all kind of mods are current and coming. the ONLY thing i know of is the flashed dvd to play burnt games.. thanks
