I just tryied to read flash for dos. It still the same. 0x80 and no any reaction from dosflash no D1 flag.

I think there only two solutions:
1. Find external SATA controller (VIA)
2. I saw suggestions to switch off sata from bios but i dont have this options in my bios. sad.gif

i realy dont want any solder in my box smile.gif

QUOTE

I successfully dumped my benq with ICH7 and VIA6421L by doing the following:
Boot into bios, disable sata controller.
restart with benq turned on
run dosflash manual command
Press Y at mtk question, and hit enter
Turn off benq, turn back on benq.
And it should automatically dump!
