Xex Decryption?

From my understanding, XEX files are encrypted. I was wondering if there was a way to decrypt XEXes easily. Also, if there is a way, does it require me to have a dump of my flash of my xbox or not? Any insight or links to places of valuable information would be greatly appreciated.
