Hi folks.

I bought an xbox360 yesterday and straight away googled on how to mod it. I found the guide on here on how to mod your benq. I got to the stage of iPrep and at first it recognised my onboard sata controller. I noted down the 4 numbers, rebooted dos with the flash disk boot it had made and followed the instructions. I then put in the dosflash command with the 4 port code it told me to note down, turned the xbox on and off etc but it just would not pick it up and then continue on.

I went back into windows and loaded up iprep and for some reason it no longer shows the Dev IO and says its not compatable. So I just ran out and bought a pci sata card and it has picked this up no problem. However when I go to dosflash this time and it asks me if I want to resend the command I type in yes then I turn on the xbox and it just stays on 0x01 for the status and doesnt change. If I turn it off and on again it will quickly go to 0x81 but then back to 0x01 and just stay on that doing nothing.

Does anyone know anything that I can do or why it may be doing this please? It is giving me a really bad headache now and I have been working on it for nearly 2 days without success.
