I am having this problem when it comes to creating bootable disk using bootmaker or iprep.

Whilst formatting and creating bootable, i get the error "windows - drive not ready and an exception code message c00000a3 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c."

Anyone have any clue what this is as i have tried on two seperate pc's with three different usb flash sticks. All with same result so it can't be just my pc setup.

If anyone knows then any help would be appreciated also with these usb drives in at boot my pc slows down to a crawl.
