Sending My 360 To Fucking Microsoft!

I had the ROD.
My 360 is hacked with firmware. I need to send the console to Microsoft for repairing\replacing the device.
I want to ask for your advice wheather I should remove the firmware or just to send it like that with no worries.

Also, as you probally understood i opend the box to flash the drive and therefore the warranty sticker ripped off!!!  Now Microsoft the bitches won't do with this problems right???
