Slax Kernel Panic

I am getting one heck of an annoying error. Slax detects my cpu then tries to setup a timer. and fails  at first i thought it might have been to to my onboard sata to a changed to a via card same problem. Anyway here is the error.

Just wanted to give an update incase anyone runs into this problem also, I work around fix was to turn ACPI off in the bios for slax, once in modeb I put it back to on however
