Is The Hitachi 79fl Flashable?

Is this ELITE able to be softmodded? I have flashed a Samsung without a problem, but this one seems to be giving us a hard time, so is it possible?

I repaired a lifted track after a guy had a go, to fit a passkey but he made a bad job of it
I repaired the track,removed the solder splashes and then fitted the passkey with a wire in stall not the flat cable
then just flash like if you was doing a 78k with fwtoolbox 4.5
