Whats up xbox-scene.

I have decided to finally get out of the old xbox modding scene and into the new. I have read the manuals, seen the videos, and gotten inside and familiarized myself with everything of the 360.. The only thing really stopping me is if my motherboard can actually flash the samsung or hitachi drives..

My computer, don't laugh, is a Dell GX270 with about 1 gig of memory. OS of choice ... Ubuntu Linux.

Anyhow, Has anyone ever flashed successfully on this machine? I think its a Intel ICH5 or 7 chipset and should be able to flash the Samsung drive.. can anyone confirm this?
