I have installed Gentoox and this is where I am stuck, I'm missing about an inch all the way around the screen.
This is all i see on the screen:
more feature-packed but MUCH slower.
is still fully functional and runs much faster.

what do I input here ? Pictures if you have them please/Thanx..

Because you have a 1.6, your video is overscanned, and you can't see the whole screen. What I did is that I finished the Gentoox install, then I used PuTTy to ssh into my Xbox, where I could see the all of the text.

putty is a ssh client for windows. you can log on remotly onto a linux system using ssh gentoox has a ssh server preinstalled. any ssh client will work but putty just works best for windows. in linux its just a command in the term.
