Schtrom 3.2 Help Please!

Im using schtrom 3.2 been using it forever always takes 15 min to complete now all of the sudden it takes 50 minutes can anybody help please also i have always had a cant extract ss.bin and i have to restart my computer and try again then it will work sometimes i have to restart 3 or 4 times any help would greatly be appreciated thanks!!!!!!
