Xeno Topgear Wont Boot Originals

I bought a xeno topgear and installed it. Now it takes twice as long to boot to dash, twice as long to play games from HDD and my originals wont even boot!!! All that without even flashing he FW yet!!!! Do I have to flash it first????

Probably, I mean I would assume so.  Just make sure you flash with the latest iXtreme FW.
