Hello! I'm new to the Xbox 360 (just bought one two weeks ago) and I've just modded it to run backups. I have the Hitachi-LG drive (the 0078 version) and I flashed it with the Maximus Xtreme 1.6 for Hitachi 0078.

I have been having great difficulty with backing up my official Xbox 360 disks with the hotswap method, so I had to download images from Newsgroups and then burn them (this is legal, right?). But that's besides the point.

So far, I have made about 3 backups of my games and I haven't even considered the Xbox Live banning issues that some people have been having. I haven't had any issues and I have been able to successfully update each (backed up) game that I tried.

My question is, should I be concerned? Since I'm new to Xbox 360 and modding and such, I didn't even consider this possibility, but I haven't had any issues so far. Perhaps every image uploaded to the internet is already Stealth patched or something?
