V79 Hacking?

i have been readin up on the v79 and to my understanding the only way to do it right now is deslodering the chip, hooking it up to an external flasher and doing it that way. now is there any tutorials on how to do this or a list of hardware needed?

okay i see im going to need the x79 from xecuter, but does anybody knwo when these might be shipping?
