Nice read, I think MS learned from there Xbox 1 lack of security (read Hacking the Xbox book by Bunnie).

However we will eventually see a homebrew hack on the 360 since MS likes to cripple homebrew support and hardware support with XNA.

"Sony did the same and recently came in the news saying they want to hit hard on users with hacked PS3s, with lawsuits and more. I can imagine what they want to achieve, but if you look at it this way I think Microsoft is doing it in a 'friendlier' way, and thus I have more respect for the way Microsoft is handling it than how Sony wants to do it. And of course ... the Xbox 360 is way better than that stupid PS3, haha"

Wait a min what hacked PS3??? My 1.0 is still waiting for the future supposably cracked firmware.

For those who don't understand the Sony comments, it means when its hacked.  If it was hacked you would know by now.

Now that's a good interview! Good questions and interesting answers by TheSpecialist. Definitely a worthwhile read! I really think something's cooking, and we will be surprised in in a while, TheSpecialist's answers sounded a little like he knows more, but doesn't want to hand his knowledge to MS on a silver plate. At least I hope so, because I didn't remove the resistor before I upgraded, which was only 1 day before the whole CPU key thing got out  blink.gif. Guess I should've waited a little longer... But I'm 100% sure some day someone will find a way to get it from a box with  burned efuses anyway...
