The guys over at soft-mods.com posted an interview with Team Xecuter. Here's an excerpt: * Soft-Mods: How far away do you think we are from having homebrew on the xbox360. * Team Xecuter: Xbox360 is so very close yet so far away at the same time. We have a dedicated team working on this all the time. You would be surprised how much has been discovered and achieved however we are still far away from this. As you are away this area is our speciality, I think a lot of the 360 newcomers to the scene don't know this * Soft-Mods: Many people think you guys haven't done much for the xbox360 scene, what do you guys think about that and is there something in the upcoming future that will change their minds? * Team Xecuter: They would be correct. We've released a couple of useful toys like the X360USB and Connectivity Kit v2 (along with the blaster) and they have done very well - because they work and do the job however our area of expertise hasn't had an opportunity to be exploited yet on a widespread level. All I say is when that happens - just remember the bios's and hacks and other toys we hammered out on the Xbox1 - it will be play time all over again. Believe me we miss the action, I just find some people very fickle - they forget easily what we've done before now and what we are capable of and now they just trash talk like they are some pimp coders or that we owe them something ? Hmm trash talk i love it lol!
seems a little bitter between hackers shame we could do with them working together but hey what the hell it gives us somthing to read about i suppose but hey c'mon guys find a way to get the dvd drive key from the mobo and run homebrew then you will be gods again and all will be forgotten.

Although they have admitted they haven't done much, those comments at the end were just completely unnecessary. Talking how much about how they hate people that bitch, they did a considerable amount of bitching.

lol. I was actually the one that held the interview. I think Xecuter will surprise you all again whenever the 360 gets hacked. As he said, they are the ones that did all the magic with the bios and all that for the Xbox1.. So just be patient and keep your mouths closed!

i wish they would say something about blaster being made in china after all those "no cheap-china quality" claims;) looking forward to x360 homebrew tho:)

This interview had about as much depth as pothole. I wish I could get the time I spent reading it back.

Here's a quick summary "we did a lot for the Xbox, stuff is happening for the 360 and the PS3, we're not looking to discuss it, and people who don't like our products can STFU because they're immature (besides we all know telling someone STFU is really mature). Did I miss anything?

I will be the first to say this team did a lot for the original Xbox, but they're doing nothing today but skidding along on their past credit and karma. No I couldn't do it nor do I care to, but they need to just hang back and let things go before they become a shadow of their former selves.

The products aren't manufactured in China, as stated earlier by X-Staff.

yes, they did an amazing amount of incredible work while delivering superb products for the original xbox.

and you say they are "doing nothing today" - well then what team in your opinion is doing anything for the 360 today...

exactly...there is nothing quality out by anyone because the system has not been completely hacked...

thus, everyone is doing nothing for the 360 today...

i think they mean homebrew you dont have to pay a monthly sub to fully enjoy and its right about what is said the 360 is not hacked so there is nothing you can really do untill it is apart from actually hack the thing.
but talking crap about someone because they talk crap about you isnt the right way to go if what other people say is unfair they should trash them by doing things the others cant, be patient and let there skills put them in there place.
an interview is hardly the time to get petty

That or they weren't around when they released a bios every 2 weeks.

They did a lot for Xbox 1 but certainly weren't the genius behind it..  

The hacks were made public and they capitalized...

aahh those bios  

We had to clean the blaster 360 thread a few days ago of many unjustified comments (even more in the view of what they have done in the past). To be honest, I was feeling bitter at these comments.
Many presented respectful opinions on specific aspects, and I am sure he would have taken that without problem. Some were simply cheap shots and the most violent were usually those with less justification.

Hope they get a chance to jump in the action again.
And yes Heet avatars are always  ummmmh  captivating .

Always been an Xecuter fan.  Everything I have tried of theirs just 'works'.  Hope they/someone gets the 360 hacked.  I may acctualy buy one then.  But not holding my breath.
