to be hounest freind have you looked into any of the faq's or tuts out there i think if not you should go use google and find as many as you can and do a little studying if you dont whant to and you still dont understand what the sata card is leave your 360 alone or you will be back in a few days with a serious bout of
"HELP ME GUYS PLEASE I FLASHED MY XBOX AND NOW IT DOESNT WORK"

there is only so much you can be told you need to have some grasp on what your are doing or you stand a good chance of turning your xbox into a very expensive door stop you need to have a little bit of an understanding as to what you are dealing with o atleast the procedure you are undertaking.
being ill prepared or under educated is the prime reason for mistakes and usually you cant afford to make mistakes with your 360 because it isnt very forgiving look about these forums enough and you will find that fr yourself.

I'd suggest learning about computers in general before you go about trying to flash your 360's drive.  I can't believe you didn't know what a SATA drive was.

I would advise you to read a lot more...
Flashing an xbox 360 isn't something easy, if you don't watch out you could break your xbox.
