Also what is the DVD burning software of choice? Is there a decent free one or will CloneCD do?

I would actually go with DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn. Burning wise, they're the exact same software. Not to mention, its FREE! They're definitely one of the best freewares out there.

Its a T12...... you only need to remove the 6 long silver screws and not the rest as some tutorials say.......

I have a T10 security torx screwdriver...apparently after looking about this will do the trick.
