hi guys

ive been trying this all night (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
i have a dell dimension with no floppy drive.
how can i make it boot to dos,so i can run mtkflash?
i've been trawling over the internet, and its really frustrating. i can make a bootable cd rom
but how can i copy my rom over?
i have tried the command

mtkflash r /m c:orig.bin

but all it does is say

port: 170, Master/Slave: b0

anyone know what this means?

hope yo can help, cos i got my 360 in bits and no where to go

Buy a usb drive. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Do you have other cd/dvd-roms plugged in? It might be attempting to dump the firmware of another device.

use NERO BURNING PROG to make a bootable floppy emulate cd i used this method on xbox1 because i had no floppy just like you it will work 100% dont remeber exsactly but in ther esom where it says about flopy bootable or something just emulat 1.45" or wut ever it works like a charm i never use floppys or dnt even install them on my pc
