Online Gaming, When Being Banned ?

When somebody is only playing "original online games" , would there be any problem, when the DVD firmware has been changed ?

That's actually what I want to know as well. If you just go online with original games (and not with your backups) will you have to face a ban just because the firmware has been changed?

Online Gaming, When Being Banned ?

Ask yourself this, could you go online with original xbox 1 games when you had that modded? NO! The reason is because MS will detect a change in the firmware, they are looking for the mod, not the media. If the mod exists, you get banned, even if you have a retail game. The only way around that, is the cat and mouse game where a method is used to make the firmware seem real, then MS finds a way to still detect it, then hackers find a way to hide it again, and so on and so forth from that point.

EDIT:

Also, please note, there are no bans happening YET! MS may be collecting names to ban, but they have not yet started banning anyone on the 360.
