Hello everyone,
No one has been able to help me so far with this but you guys are the pro's so here goes.
I have backed up the firmware using the "Xtreme firmware for TS-H943 Xbox 360" whilst using the connectivity kit in red mode and the eject button up. I have also just carried my xbox over to my pc and done it that way.
The 360 drive is detected in windows usung the xtrm0800.bin and it reads games fine.
I then injected the key into the xtreme.bin using KDX1.5. Booted with floppy and everything looked like it flashed fine it said all the banks were ok and told me to restart.
I then connected my 360 back up and tried to play an XBOX 1 GAME, 360 GAME and a 360 BACKUP.
Every single one said to play this disk please put it in an xbox 360 console.
I have tried using the Xtreme firmware for TS-H943 Xbox 360 and the xtreme20.bin. I have used the xbox on its own and
I am getting really fustrated with this and would greatly appretiate some help
notes:
samsung TS-H943 Xbox 360 drive
Asus with sil3114 sata controller (nforce 3 - skt754 m/b)
plugging into sata1 - selecting sata master (option 3)
Was your orig.bin 256K in size? What did you key look like when you opened orig.bin in KDX? It wasn't all FF FF FF FF was it?
Try to reaquire the xtreme firmware from a different source, inject your key using kdx and try flashing again.
When you reflash, try to do a screen capture of your mtkflash process in dos.
