I wouldn't use the auto flasher.  Just follow the tutorials for using MTKFlash and doing it the way that everyone knows works.  

1. MTKFLash r /m backup.bin (May need to edit MTKFlash for your chipset)
2.  Extract and copy your drive key into xtreme firmware
3.  mtkflash w /m edited.bin

Very simple.

Did you get it to work? If so how?  I hate it when people get results without reporting back......
Autoflasher worked for me on my Sammy with no problemo so I'm curious to see how your situation resolved.
