you should read the forums first.if your that much of a noob to not read first than i can see you coming back wondering why your drive is bricked.read the tutorials that are posted.there
are plenty to choose from.

anything that has changed within the last two month has also been updated in the tutorial. check the tutorials they have all the info you will need.

yes you need a sata port in the your pc, and 2 you need to open your 360, and no there is no way to have it flashed once and reflash it you will need to open your 360 once again if you want to flash it

well...v2.0 of the firmware just came out, so you might want to try that.  But, it's probably a good idea to wait a few days until auto-flashers/kdx patches come out

This will only work for the hitachi drive.  It will not work with yours (Toshiba-Samsung).

You will need a certain type of DVD writer:
