Not my opinion, but my FACT is that this guy (not necessarily your friend, but SOMEONE) is a dirty LIAR. Straight up, no other way to put it. Not only is there not a 360 mod that removes media checks to allow you to play games off the HDD that are meant for DVD drive only, but to say he has a 1 terrabyte drive?
The closest 3.5" drive you can get is expensive as hell and 750gb+ uses perprendicular data recording. The closest thing I've heard of is a LaCie 5.25" drive which MIGHT be 1tb... but I can find enough info to determine if it is an array or single disk.

Anyway, someone is lying. Don't believe it.
