Why would it matter? Using the hack before or after is the same to the dashboard since the SATA cord isn't hooked up to the 360 during the flash process.

If you really need an answer, I know some people tried flashing back to stock, and then reflashing the modified firmware after the update without problems, so the answer would be yes.

I'm wondering the same thing. Maybe its the compatability update, but I usually don't have to download that until I put an xbox1 title in.

It was chinese language support update but mandatory
