Hello forum members!
We are currently working on a project which allows anyone to easily unlock any hard disk drive with just couple of mouse clicks. Ok, long story short, we have already finished the most boring part: coding and now we need DRIVES. I mean LOTS of drives - to test it.
So: if you have a drive which is locked and you have no idea what the password is, then all you have to do is just download and run it!
Download here:
http://www.hddunlock.com/download/Attach your drive to a motherboard's S-Ata or IDE port (ensure you attached it as Master if its IDE drive) and run the program; it will unlock your drive (this will take some time).
If you find any bugs, just post here and I will pass all bugreports and suggestions to developers.
I am a new to this forum, so if you find my post inappropriate, then move it or delete it (I apologize)...
Sounds interesting, but does it give the option to lock an unlocked drive? Since it's on xbox-scene, in the 360 section, I'm assuming this is for the 360 drive, but there's no point in unlocking the old drive if you can't lock the new drive with the same password. Finally, I thought there was more to swapping the 360 hdd than just unlocking.
