Screem Size Playing Up Since Using Config Magic

since using config magic my screen seems to be slightly too large vertically to fit in on most (not all) games. i think this is due to the region change of the xbox when using config magic. can anyone please verify this or perhaps come up with another solution? also can someone please tell me what the exact text is that should be entered into this field, for a UK PAL xbox.
