1.Try booting the 360 a bit earlier
2. wait for the 360 to boot up to the main screen without a disc of course

Could this be the problem,hope so as it an easy way to solve it.Goin to have to try tommorow now as ive spent far to much time already today just gettin to this point and assemble and de assembled this 360 about 10 times.
