i had to change my settings in the bios to boot from SATA. (default was set to IDE)

a bit more info for who ever,when reading the flash i get this message:>flash type sst(sstxxxx020)
then after reading up to 50% 4 times i get
data sum 349a ,opcsun0
please reboot your pc!
But theres no back up image on the floppy!

my problem was there wasnt enough space on the floppy to write the bin (silly me).
