I would say yes, Because it has an Intel chipset.  My Intel board worked like a charm.  you'll probably have to play with it to get it to work though, it's setup for raid which you have to turn off in your bios settings to get MTKFLASH to work.  Do a search there's plenty of info out there.  Hope this helps.
