Unreadable Disc Error Means No Layer Break?

isnt it more todo with the lack of a correct SS ?

u see many many posted they are having a right nightmare getting any disks to work.
the advise is ALWAYS to rip your own atleast to prove to yourself it is all working correctly.
then you can go back to burning coasters from teh web

There is more than one way you can get an unreadable disc error.

Hey I'm having a pain with doa4 + top spin 2 giving me these clean your disc errors..

Could you list some of the causes of this? Thanks
