Try turning on your xbox when your sitting at the A:\  Thats what i did and also disable in the bios your ide's and unplug your hardrive. and which sata port is the 360 plugged into?

iam connected to the primary stata port theres only two, a black one and a white one.
in the boot squence i disabled everything but the floppy, but i didnt unpluge the ide cables.
should i disconnect them from the drive or the motherboard? So u say 2 turn on the xbox once siting at A:,insted of powering up the xbox befor the pc.
