im trying to rip my 360 games via this method and its not working, maybe because my drives are older, however im wondering if there are any other methods, or opinions on the best method.

QUOTE
3 - Let the drive read the TOC, then stop it with 'Hotswap/Stop drive'

so does this mean, stop it once it shows the name of the DVD in the program? or will it add anything to the info boxes?

is that what "let the drive read the TOC" means?

now, i get this:

trying to back up, as a test, my FFXI beta disc.

I have read that using the eject hole does not work,  something to do with the drive not closing completely and the laser not being lined up to read the disc when you close it.  I also read where putting your system in suspend mode before opening the drive via eject hole works.  You leave wxripper open put it in suspend then open drive and suposedly when you come out of suspend you will be able to read the disc???
