If there's anything further to be exploited through the kiosk disc, then possibly.

I'm not sure why it is that the kiosk disc now works when you patch the drive though.

ALL xex's must be signed.  Even on the HDD.  Else, we'd already be playing backups from the HDD.

that's where my thoughts about the firmware came in, i dont know much about firmware or its capabilities when modified, but couldn't you re-write it (or at least add some lines) so that at initilization it ran something from the HD or on an external chip potentially?

The problem is NOTHING is running without a signed key.  

You can have the xbox do lots of things right now...

The xbox is not going to run any program or code that is not signed. period.
