yes you can!!!!!!  here's how....  pull the hard drive off, put the disk on the top, and put the hard drive back on really hard.  

please search.  if the 360 was hacked, it would be everywhere including on the xboxscene's main page....

short answer.  no, it's not hacked or modded yet.
