I've got a strange feeling that we live in the same country hjw, and i cant agree with you more. And to you Math1, I personally think you're wrong. I admit I've downloaded many games to my old XBOX (God bless its soul

), but when i've tried a game i like, I buy it. That is of two reasons; 1. Play on live, 2. Support the people behind the game.
Here in my country, dvds has never sold better. Still, more and more people download dvds of the internet. Some people are whining about a few downloaders, but I beleve they buy more dvds that average joe anyway.
I dont say piracy ain't a crime, but some sides aint that bad either. A firmware hack on the 360 would be great for the scene to try some experiments, and still, people would buy games they really wanted.
Like yourself, I bought Xbox games to play on live, but with this hack, unless MS realeased a patch to check the firmware, you would be able to play the backups on live.
