Sorry, the only thing you can do is buy a new one.

If you are really clever, you can convince tech support that you bought it from a store in the US and its not supposed to be NTSC-J. Is it still under warranty?

Currently, you can't do anything.  Many games are not region locked, so a lot of them will still work.
