Playing Backups Idea

when i got my xbox360 i thought that it was interesting that i could play demos off my xbox360 HD and that got me thinking...

correct me if i'm wrong in anyway
i haven't check any of these things cause i don't have time and i'm just putting it out there

we can now access the xbox360 HD, so what if we dumped everything from the HD to our computer... and put it on a SATA HD,
you would have to have a modded xbox.... and you could get a converter to go from SATA to IDE and format the SATA HD the same way u did on the xbox since i've been told that they are formated the same way... so couldn't u put files on that xboxHD in the similar place that the demos are in.... and once everything is how you want it... like ur backups... then unplug and pop it in the xbox360....um i'm not sure how the interface SATA HDs are but is it just that one plug... well theres my thought are there any ways that this could be wrong...

Even if we were able to dump a gamebackup to the hd then it would still be flagged to only launch from xbox dvd and not from hd.

Obviously this idea can't work due to the flagged files.

Yea I too had that idea floating around in my head, but once thought about I realized the whole flag thing.
But yea, take it easy on him, we all start somewhere, and he probably is just learning these things.
