What happens next after I have dumped the game.iso?

Do I have to patch the SS.bin?
Is it possible to extract/patch the PFI and DMI sectors to make it stealthy?

FAQ's

Q: How come all my dumps are the same size?
A: You're performing a FULL RAW dump, meaning everything that's on the disc will be copied, and since you're using the same DVD movie, all filesizes are this size. Unpacking the iso files using Wx360 will determine the actual size.

Not 100% correct.

The filesize of the ISO is not determined by which DVD movie you use. That is why wxripper uses a magic number to calculate the difference in size. Everyone that uses wxripper with all sorts of different DVD movies will all end up with exact same ISO size!

I try to explain how it works here...
