Did you tried to dump the disc like a game ? Maybe you can try with this procedure :

whats new on the disc? it might be interesting to see whats changed, as MS might have changed a few files to patch up some holes... and if we found those files it'd make work on the first version much easier.

burnout revenge? thats not out for almost 2 months... why are they releasing cars for it now? that has to be a trick of some sorts... i expect if you play with one of those cars online you'll get banned or something.

anyway, have fun with that disc... i wish i could get my mits on the new one, but all the ones on ebay are obviously "backups" of the old one. maybe i'll apply for a job at my local game tongue.gif

You shouldn't get banned for that...in fact you wouldn't. If you have a memory card for your 360, you can take it to a Kiosk in a store and download the extra content from the demo disc onto your memory card and play it on your console at home.

I've heard a rumor that the original Experience 360 Kiosk DVD was a true XBOXDVD, complete with video track.  But Team PI noticed that the XEXs were also media flagged to run from CD/DVD-R, so they ripped the disk just like a X360 game, extracted the files, and made up the DVD-R ISO.

Very doubtful, but this may also be the case with the replacement demo disk.
