Cause Linux messes up the partion and physical part of the hard drive.

Is istalling linux really worth it.
Without a keyboard and mouse.
I screwed my linux gentoo install.
aLL I get is a garbled screen.
Will try reinstalling it after I download the update.

gentoox didnt work for me either, because i have a version 1.5 xbox, im guessing thats what you have. use xebian, it works great

linux/gentoox  should work on the 1.6 what might be the prob are teh cdrom. but you can do a ftp install

i have installed gentoox on every version xbox atleast twice and i have had zero problems..

USB mods are easy. do them and u can use keyboard/mouse.
