A CFV (call for vote) has been issued for the creation of the usenet newsgroup "comp.os.linux.xbox". Usenet newsgroups have many benefits over web based forums, and linux on xbox has matured to a point where a fully commissioned usenet newsgroup is warranted.
Go to the usenet newsgroup "news.groups" or "news.announce.newgroups" and look for a post with the heading "CFV: comp.os.linux.xbox" for instructions on how to vote by email. You must use a legitimate email account, or they will reject you.
The YES votes must exceed the NO votes by 100, and 2/3 of the total votes must be YES.

I forgot to mention that the date of the posting "CFV: comp.os.linux.xbox" is on 14.AUG.2004.

The usenet newsgroup comp.os.linux.xbox has been successfully created.
If your local ISP isn't currently carrying it, yet, please contact them and make a request.
