I really must say the new video is kinda convincing... Theres not cut in the video so the only thing he could have done would be using a switchbox and 2 consoles.... which he probably did but you never know.

you have to have the original game to run a backup .. and only if you hotswap it ..  
if the original .xex is loaded and Mediaflag check is correct (and signature) = OK, so run the game. The only thing we can say is that (probably) all the other files of the game don't have the mediaflag set, which is still useless, because you need an signed .xex on a original dvdr disc.

useless video .. next question!

That seems kind of weird.  Why would a mediaflag only be set on one .xex?  Why wouldn't they set it om all of them?

Doesn't mean it's useless mate....use your imagination.

This is all just an example,
but lets say you could just put the minimal neccessary signed .XEX/* files on a DVD-R, then sold a DVDR copy of the game with it....360 piracy would be a an up and running reality within weeks.

Don't just blow shit off 'round here, it's suprising what these guys can do with just the smallest bit of creativity.
